About the role – 1 year contract

 

The Account Receivables – Dispute Manager South of Europe is responsible for overseeing and managing all customer disputes, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while protecting company revenue for France and Spain. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, analysing complex issues, and implementing process improvements to prevent recurring disputes.

 

3 days a week presence in the office is required. We are in Courbevoie area.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead the end-to-end dispute management process, including investigation, resolution, and communication with customers resulting in collecting accounts receivables on time
  • Monitor and manage dispute aging, ensuring timely resolution according to company policies and SLA targets
  • Analyze dispute trends and root causes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to prevent future disputes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Finance, Logistics teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of all disputes on SAP
  • Prepare regular reports on dispute volumes, resolution status, and outstanding balances for management.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the dispute resolution workflow
  • Monitor AR team members and third parties on dispute handling procedures
  • Support compliance requirements related to dispute management
  • Act as a back up for Pricing Manager for pricing and rebates operational activities

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or credit management, with a focus on dispute resolution
  • Previous experience with retailers is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in French, fluent English is required
  • Spanish languages skills are added value
  • Experience with ERP is must have with preference for SAP/ Sac
  • Fluent in Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
  • Proactive and solution and execution driven
