About the role:

We are looking for a Direct To Consumer (D2C) Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our European D2C Order Management team. This role focuses primarily on Reverse Logistics and Outbound Order Management for multiple marketplaces and own e-commerce platforms. You will be working closely with our e-commerce business partners, third party logistics providers and consumer care teams. The impact you’ll make:

Collaborate with consumer care, third party logistics and e-commerce business partners to manage outbound and return orders according to set SLAs
Monitor order lifecycle and coordinate returns in line with business priorities
Pro-active communication on daily business updates to internal and external stakeholders
Resolve issues structurally and initiate process improvement initiatives
Monitor KPIs, such as Return Rate and Order Put Through Time
Support during implementation and automation projects, to enable further growth in our D2C channel

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Proven experience in order management
Solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and reporting tools
Broad understanding of supply chain management processes
Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus
Structured, organised and eager to improve processes
Digital savviness
Hands-on mentality and quick in issue resolution
Fluent in English, Polish is not mandatory

You are based in Warsaw area and you are eligble to work in Poland
