About the role:
Are you excited by the challenge of building and scaling a high-performing eCommerce business in a dynamic market?
In this role, you’ll take the lead in growing our Direct-to-Consumer presence across third-party online stores in Ukraine. You’ll act as the commercial owner of the channel, shaping strategy while staying close to day-to-day execution. From optimizing the customer journey to driving performance marketing and leading promotional campaigns, you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class digital shopping experience.
You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of local and global stakeholders, bringing insights to life through actionable initiatives that grow sales, improve conversion, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on eCommerce experience and a genuine passion for delivering results for customers.
The impact you’ll make:
- Drive sustainable business growth by owning the channel profit and loss and leading commercial performance across third-party marketplaces
- Accelerate revenue by developing and executing strategies that improve traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention
- Unlock growth opportunities by analyzing performance data and translating insights into impactful commercial initiatives
- Enhance the customer experience by optimizing the end-to-end online journey, from product discovery to checkout
- Lead high-impact campaigns, product launches, and peak trading activities to maximize sales and brand visibility
- Strengthen demand generation by partnering on performance marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
- Optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to increase competitiveness and profitability
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining strong product availability, high-quality content, and efficient fulfilment
- Build customer loyalty by driving cross-sell, upsell, bundling, subscription, and repeat purchase strategies
- Enable smart decision-making by delivering clear reporting, dashboards, and performance insights to stakeholders
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Economics, or related field
- +/- 3 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, or digital business
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing online sales performance and digital channels
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with e-commerce and analytics tools is a plus
- Commercial and customer-oriented mindset and data-driven decision making skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
- Fluent English and Ukrainian
- Based in Kiev and happy to come to the office whenever safe
