Job Title:  Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

The impact you’ll make:

官網整體營運規劃與執行
1.負責官網日常營運管理，含商品上架/下架、金物流設定、活動頁製作等。
2.規劃每月促銷及造節活動，協調內外部資源，達成業績目標。
3.SEO專案執行與優化，提升自然流量與轉換率。
4.跨部門協作，規劃與執行異業合作，拓展品牌曝光與流量。
5.熟悉訂單、庫存與後台流程整合

會員經營與行銷自動化
1.建立與執行會員分級制度與行銷自動化流程（如 EDM、LINE 推播、再行銷等）。
2.規劃會員旅程並運用數據提升會員活躍度與回購率。

數位廣告與成效分析
1.操作並追蹤 Facebook、Google Ads 等數位廣告成效，提供優化建議與素材規劃。
2.控管廣告預算，定期提出報告與成效追蹤。
 
LINE官方帳號經營（LINE OA）
1.規劃LINE官方帳號之推播內容、互動機制與節慶活動。
2.分眾經營並結合官網會員資料進行精準行銷。
3.整合促銷、會員經營、轉單導流等功能以提升用戶參與度。

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• 具備5年以上電商官網營運經驗，熟悉各類行銷工具與平台後台操作。
• 熟悉會員經營邏輯、數據分析、活動規劃與專案執行。
• 有實際操作 Facebook／Google Ads、LINE 官方帳號、自動化行銷工具經驗。
• 具備SEO實務執行與改善能力佳。
• 具備良好溝通能力、專案管理與跨部門協調能力。
• 具創新思維與解決問題能力，能獨立推動官網優化與成效提升。
