As a Digital Manager within our Global Digital Content Team, you will play a key role in bringing our brands and products to life across the digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of content, commerce, and consumer experience. You will work closely with global and local teams to translate insights and business priorities into compelling digital journeys that inspire, inform, and convert. 

From new product launches to always-on category content, you will help ensure our digital presence is consistent, high-impact, and locally relevant across markets. If you enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution, collaborating across disciplines, and continuously improving digital performance, this role offers both scale and variety. 

The impact you’ll make:

  • Shape brand presence by planning and executing category and subcategory digital strategies across owned channels, sales platforms, customer relationship channels, and applications.  
  • Translate insights into action by turning consumer understanding and business objectives into clear, effective digital communication strategies.  
  • Elevate digital experiences by partnering with global marketing, product, design, and e-commerce teams to deliver high-quality master content and engaging digital journeys.  
  • Drive successful product launches by leading content production projects and ensuring a strong, conversion-focused digital presence across all touchpoints.  
  • Strengthen market relevance by applying deep knowledge of our home appliance brands and category consumers to create insight-led strategies tailored to local needs.  
  • Optimize digital performance by identifying trends, analyzing data, and continuously improving digital visibility and effectiveness.  
  • Enable global activation by building trusted relationships with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across markets.  
  • Measure and improve results by defining, tracking, and enhancing performance across key digital success metrics. 

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing field including minimum 4 years in digital marketing roles  
  • Professional experience ideally coming from consumer goods industry in large businesses gained inhouse   
  • Proven track of record in executing well performing digital content creation  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit & project management skills  
  • Strong analytical skills and hands on experience in using tools such as Google Analytics  
  • Fluency in utilizing AI solutions  
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed  
  • Great leadership ability and natural ways of inspiring your environment  
  • Self-government & proactivity, excellent communication skills  
  • Willingness to work ‘solo’ with remote teams  
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish language is a must 
  • Based in Warsaw – able to commute to the office 2/3 days per week
