About the role:

Provide support to Manufacturing plant with engineering and maintenance and taking lead for electrical maintenance for the brands “Preethi” and “Philips”

The impact you’ll make:

Good practical and technical skills on Maintenance
Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment, and attended major overhauls for facilities including Solar panels, compressors, and DG.
An understanding of engineering drawings and principles.
Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
Ability to manage a varied workload.
Good problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and hands on experience in basic electrical equipments.
Knowledge about Industry 4.o, SPM Machines, Electro Pneumatics & PLC.
Track, analyze, achieve and report all key maintenance metrics to the management.
Execute periodical, preventive and predictive maintenance as per the standards and schedules.
Lead the maintenance team to fix the issues and support & guide them with expertize.
Provide Engineering solution for chronic and recurring issues.
Procurement, storage of engineering spares at optimum levels
Maintenance of tools, jigs and fixtures at optimum levels
Identifying vendors for engineering requirements and suggest to buyer for cost optimization.
Facilitate the layout changes and commission of new machine, product launch etc.
Introduce the engineering solutions for continuous improvements.
Executing Engineering & maintenance programs in collaboration with stakeholders without impacting operations.
Ensure TPM for critical machines
Facilitate erection of new machineries and defining process parameters
Track OEE Tracking and also suggest measure for improvement.
Ensure enactment of alert safety bulletins, non-conformance reports and failure reports, by actuation of relevant activities;
Co-ordinate repair activities in the event of serious damage to plants or facilities operating in the geographical area of responsibility;
Collaborate and support modification to plants and equipment to ensure operating capacity of the same

Optimize the maintenance cost and resources.
Maintain Competency levels of the team to meet the engineering standards / plant requirements.
Ensure CI across the departmental activities
Experience Range : 8 - 12 Years
Qualifications : B.E (MECH) | DME (12 + years of Experience)
Preferred Industry : Appliances / Automobile / Engineering / Electrical / Auto Ancillary / Plastics
