Job Title:  D2C Third-Party Marketplace Intern

About the role:

Versuni’s E-commerce and Direct to Consumer strategy includes working with Third Party Marketplaces on some of Europe’s best-known platforms, such as Amazon, Bol, and Kaufland. This internship offers an exciting, fast-paced introduction to global business, giving you the chance to interact with markets worldwide, with a strong emphasis on the EU. 

 

As a member of the D2C Global team, which drives direct-to-consumer sales, the D2C Third Party Marketplace Intern will help manage and grow the brand’s presence across various international e-commerce platforms. 

 

This is an opportunity to join a team where you'll interact daily with local and global colleagues (Amsterdam-based), gaining experience with diverse nationalities and backgrounds to advance your professional development.  

 

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, min. 2 days at the office) 

Type: Internship (thesis can be discussed)

Duration: At least 6 months 

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (or 32 hours with 1 thesis day) 

Expected Start Date: Mid-April 2026 

The impact you’ll make:

  • Assist in the daily management of marketplace accounts (Amazon, Bol, Cdiscount, etc.).
  • Enhance product listings through SEO, visuals, and detailed descriptions.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns and special initiatives.
  • Contribute to competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with commercial and support teams at both local and global levels to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Prepare activity reports and present findings during team meetings.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Pursuing a Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Digital, or Economics.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, and direct sales (experience in e-commerce or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Previous relevant internship or professional experience.
  • Structured, organized, detail-focused, and data-driven approach, with solid digital proficiency and a comprehensive understanding of omni-channel marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tool development using Power BI.
