Job Title:  D2C Intern

About the role:

Do you want to be part of the team that shapes how customers experience our products online? 

As a Direct-to-Consumer Intern, you’ll dive into the fast-paced world of digital sales and e-commerce. You’ll support daily operations, help ensure our online platforms run smoothly, and contribute to campaigns that bring our products directly to customers. This role is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce within a global market, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact on how people connect with our brands. 

The impact you’ll make:

• Drive smooth daily operations of the digital sales team 
• Support administrative tasks that keep online sales running efficiently 
• Ensure product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date 
• Create, implement, and oversee promotional coupons to boost customer engagement 
• Deliver reports that track product and campaign performance 
• Provide insights by generating reports on key performance indicators 
• Manage invoices and purchase orders to support the team’s financial processes 
• Enhance customer experience by regularly checking the website’s functionality 
• Improve navigation and checkout by identifying and fixing issues 
• Contribute to the planning and execution of digital sales campaigns 
• Shape customer communication by preparing and formatting newsletter content, including translations and copywriting 

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or Business-related studies 
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint 
• Strong language skills in Romanian and English 
• A data-oriented mindset with attention to detail 
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a global e-commerce environment 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with the team 
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the drive to manage projects 
• Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus
