As our Global D2C Campaign Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of high-performing campaigns across both owned and third-party platforms. With a global scope and a strong commercial focus, your work will play a key role in driving brand engagement and revenue growth.
In this high-impact role, you'll manage a team of two Campaign Activation Specialists and collaborate closely with global, and local cross-functional teams, as well as external partners. You will define campaign strategies, oversee best in class execution, and continuously optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
The impact you’ll make:

As Global D2C Campaign Manager, you’ll take ownership of the global campaign strategy and ensure perfect execution across key D2C channels such as Amazon, Baristina.com, and our Philips Home Appliances online stores.
You will be a key driver of commercial success – leading a team, optimizing media investments, and ensuring every campaign delivers tangible business results.
· Lead the Global D2C Campaign Strategy: Define, develop, and execute a high-impact global campaign roadmap across all relevant D2C channels.
· Own the Global Campaign Calendar: Set priorities and align across markets to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and key initiatives.
· Deliver End-to-End Campaign Excellence: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle – from ideation and planning to execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
· Drive Performance & Optimization: Continuously improve campaign effectiveness by applying data-driven insights, sharing best practices, and refining strategies.
· Collaborate Cross Functionally: Partner with global D2C teams, media agencies, platform stakeholders, and local market teams on pricing, product portfolio, campaign planning, and execution.
· Lead and Inspire Your Team: Manage and mentor two Campaign Activation Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture driving innovation, learning, and collaboration.
· Manage External Agencies & Budgets: Oversee media agency relationships and ensure effective management of campaign activation budgets.
Key Metrics of Success:
· Campaign Impact: Conversion rates, incremental revenue, media efficiency, and profitability.
· Operational Excellence: Right prioritization, on-time delivery, and flawless execution of global and local campaigns.
· Performance Optimization: Drive smarter promotional strategies—fewer, bigger, better – to increase effectiveness and ROI.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience:
o 5+ years in digital marketing, campaign or project management, ideally in a global or multi-market environment.
o 2+ years of people leadership experience with a passion for coaching and team development.
· Digital Expertise: Solid understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing levers (SEO, SEA, analytics, customer journeys, UX).
· Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with a structured, detail oriented approach to problem solving.
· Excellent Communicator: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
· Personality: Curious, proactive, positive – and a team player who brings energy and fun to the table.
