As our Consumer Experience Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional service delivery across Central and Eastern Europe, with a special focus on Romania. You’ll make sure every consumer interaction — from product support to aftercare — is fast, empathetic, and effective.
This role is a dynamic blend of operational leadership, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with regional teams and external service partners to elevate the consumer journey and ensure that our support systems run smoothly and with heart.

The impact you’ll make:
- Champion seamless after-sales operations that directly support our consumers across the region.
- Strengthen partnerships with service providers to ensure top-tier quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Amplify the voice of the consumer by turning feedback into meaningful improvements.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Product teams to create a unified and satisfying consumer experience.
- Navigate communications with consumer authorities and resolve escalations with professionalism and care.
- Track and improve key performance indicators like satisfaction scores, resolution times, and loyalty metrics.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives that modernize and streamline service operations.
- Manage budgets and vendor costs while identifying smarter ways to work and serve.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- University degree required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Consumer Care, Customer Experience, Service Management, or related roles.
- Proven success in vendor and relationship management, KPI ownership, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of after-sales operations and consumer service workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional CEE languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, SAP systems.
- Analytical, organized, and resilient mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in team leadership or project management is an advantage.
