Job Title:  Commercial Insights Intern

About the role:

You will be part of the Americas Commercial Insights area — a key function in analyzing business performance, generating data-driven insights, and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization.
As a Commercial Insights intern, you’ll gain exposure to essential processes such as data analysis, dashboard creation, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration. You will assist in preparing reports, visualizations, and presentations that help optimize business strategies.
This internship is a great opportunity to develop a strong foundation in analytics, data storytelling, and strategic thinking within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The role combines operational support, data management, and interaction with multiple teams, providing an excellent starting point for a career in analytics, commercial insights, or business intelligence.

Position in a hybrid work model (office at Berrini + home office). Exclusive vacancy for residents of São Paulo / SP.

The impact you’ll make:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating market and internal company data.
• Support the creation of reports and dashboards to monitor performance indicators.
• Help develop basic analyses to support business decisions under team guidance.
• Assist in preparing presentations with quantitative insights for internal meetings.
• Contribute to maintaining processes and digital tools, following best practices defined by the team.
• Support data accessibility by ensuring information is organized and available for different teams.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to observe discussions on trends and root causes.
• Assist in updating training materials and documentation related to data governance.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills — comfortable working with data and identifying trends.
• Good command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and commercial insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.

Internship Allowance: BRL 2,000.00 / month
