About the role:

Are you eager to understand what drives consumers and help turn insights into real business impact?
As a Commercial Insights Intern, you'll join a team that uncovers the stories behind consumer behavior and market dynamics. Think of it as helping the business truly understand people — what they want, why they choose certain products, and how markets evolve.
You'll work with market data, explore consumer motivations, and help turn findings into meaningful recommendations that influence commercial decisions. While you’ll be based in Poland, your work will stretch across multiple countries in Central and Eastern Europe, giving you a rich regional scope. You’ll also collaborate with a global team, gaining exposure to both local perspectives and broader international insights.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Support in deriving consumer and market insights that feed into local commercial strategies, ensuring decisions are grounded in market trends, competitive dynamics as well as consumer and shopper needs and behaviors.
  • Translate local market specifics into clear, actionable recommendations through collaboration with country and regional teams.
  • Contribute to deploying best in class commercial insight practices by working closely with marketing, media trade/shopper marketing, and sales.
  • Support the preparation of regular business performance reviews that shape ongoing commercial priorities.
  • Facilitate the flow of local feedback on market dynamics forecasts created by the central team.
  • Enrich strategic thinking by monitoring and analyzing syndicated data sources and global megatrends.
  • Assist in managing insight-related budgets across the region to ensure efficient and effective resource use.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Current student or recent graduate of, preferably, Analytical, Commercial or Business Oriented degree, Sociology or Psychology.
  • First working experience in a corporate environment will be an asset.
  • First analytical, insights or commercial experience, preferably with FMCG or consumer goods background will be an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge and first experience working with MS Office, namely MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. 
  • Open and willing to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Curious and willing to deep dive into root causes.
  • Passionate about consumer and data driven.
  • Good communication and influencing skills with can-do spirit.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must.  
  • Available at least 40 hrs/week.
  • Based in Warsaw area and happy to come to the office at least 3 days a week.
