Job Title:  Commercial Excellence Manager

About the role:

As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Growth Flywheel program across our market. You will spearhead the adoption of data-driven commercial strategies, ensuring alignment between global objectives and local market execution. From pricing strategies and promotion effectiveness to trade terms execution and key account excellence, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance our commercial success.

Additionally, you will leverage global advanced analytics tools to drive the adoption of data-driven commercial processes and support the necessary capability building. You will also ensure compliance with the Commercial Policy in accordance with local regulations.

It encompasses three major commercial drivers: mental availability (e.g., media coverage), scalable portfolio (e.g., pricing effectiveness), and physical availability (e.g., in-store visibility).

The impact you'll make:

  • Drive the Versuni Growth Flywheel program, identifying growth opportunities in mental availability, scalable portfolio, and physical availability.
  • Analyze market performance and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, collaborating closely with global and local stakeholders.
  • Enable the timely NPI launch readiness checklist as part of the Innovation process.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, e-commerce, finance) to define commercial excellence initiatives aligned with our ambition and broader business objectives.
  • Deploy the global Flywheel capabilities, ensuring smooth integration into local management systems.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to internal teams to enhance the adoption and execution of initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Flywheel program to build new commercial flywheel capabilities.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and cross-market teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a structured approach to execution and problem-solving.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at multiple levels.
  • Prior experience in Commercial Insights or Key Account Management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean.
