Commercial Excellence Intern

About the Role

Join the LATAM Commercial Excellence team, supporting the execution of our local go-to-market strategies and contributing directly to key projects across trade marketing, campaign development, and retail execution. This internship focuses on providing hands-on support to ensure a strong in-store presence, seamless coordination with customers, and performance tracking that aligns with business goals. 

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the Trade Marketing team in activities such as development of campaigns, POS materials development, and customer events, as well as assisting with the coordination and performance tracking of our promoter team and sell-out analysis. 

This role combines operational support, project coordination, exposure to the dynamics commercial environment, as well as interface with cross-functional teams, providing a strong foundation for a career in marketing, trade, or commercial areas. 

The impact you’ll make:

• Support the Commercial team in executing trade marketing plans and local campaigns with excellence
• Assist in the creation and adaptation of POS materials, customer event logistics, and promotional activations
• Help manage and follow up on execution with our field promoter team, track performance and providing insights
• Analyze sell-out data to generate reports and identify opportunities by channel, region, or customer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply  
• Support continuous improvement of our commercial processes and tools 

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
• Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Interest in marketing, business, trade, or retail operations
• Hands-on attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and organization skills to work with different teams and deadlines
• Academic background in business, marketing, engineering, or economics
