Job Title:  Commercial Excellence Analyst

About the role:

As a Commercial Excellence Analyst, you’ll join a dynamic and international team supporting Central and Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Poland and the Baltics. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Digital teams to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools that help shape commercial strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, thrives on structure, and finds satisfaction in making data meaningful.

The impact you’ll make:

• Empower cross-functional teams by providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights across sales, market data, and financial performance.
• Shape decision-making by owning and continuously improving a suite of reports and analytical tools used across the business.
• Drive excellence at the point of sale by managing systems for field teams and tracking key performance indicators for digital shelves.
• Connect the dots between stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and data translator across departments and countries.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• University degree
• First working experience with data analytics, commercial excellence or related in a mid-size company or bigger company. 
• Love for numbers & data as well as enjoyment of repetitive days full of reports
• Practical working experience Excel proficiency (PIVOTS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, MACROS) 
• Detail-oriented, service-minded and proactive approach
• Proficient in Polish, conversational English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI would be an asset
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
• Knowledge of SAC would be an asset
• Based in Warsaw area, happy to come to the office 3 days a week
