The impact you’ll make:

Preparation of statutory financial statement on a basis of the data from source system and after making statutory adjustments
Leading statutory audit of financial statement (preparing documentation on a basis of the data from source system, being the point of contact for all audit related questions)
CIT mothy pre-payments calculation based on data from the source system, verification of deductibility
CIT yearly return calculation and (internal Versuni) TaxPack reporting
Supporting VAT Global team with local specifics and submitting VAT, and VAT UE return
Manage all local SAF-T requirements
CbCr notification filing and sending
Responsible for year end closing process on statutory accounting
Monitor and complete Polish Accounting Principles as necessary
Preparing and filing statistical and NBP reporting
Withholding tax calculation, prepayments and preparation of all declarations dedicated to this tax
Responsible for PIT from on prizes and awards
Responsible for all actions dedicated to fixed assets (creation, scraping, inventory)
Responsible for settlement of Social found and Benefit
Responsible for recognizing non-deductible costs
Responsible for all mandatory corrections from IFRS to Statutory
Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR) reporting
Payment approval
Supporting TP Global team with Transfer Pricing documentation
Cooperating with Group Tax team, signaling the local fiscal risks
Ongoing supervision over the introduction of changes in the Company (compliance)
Supporting all Versuni Poland employees with their projects to be in line with tax laws (daily tax advisory)
Handle issues with fiscal and tax authorities, local and global audit. Contact person for Polish Tax Authority
Oversee tax activities in Poland in collaboration with external tax consultants.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Higher Education in Finance e.a. Bachelor in Finance, CMA, CFA or equivalent
Solid Relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting domains of total 10+ years of experience, gained in any industry at similar sized company
Working experience with and professional knowledge of Polish accounting and Fiscal rules (CIT, VAT, SAF-T etc.)
Working experience with SAP and MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook etc) is added value
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work with great autonomy and collaborating in a remote European team
Experience in cooperation with external Shared Service Centers
Stakeholder management and communication skills
Written and spoken fluency in Polish and English Languages are a must
Based in Warsaw area, open to commute to office 2-3 times a week
