As our Category & Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building the future of one of our key home categories : designing the best portfolio out of marketing roadmap, defining pricing strategy and developing promotions to enhance performances. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Digital and Marketing teams to ensure our small domestic appliances shine wherever they’re sold, in an exciting and fast-paced omnichannel environment. The impact you’ll make:
- Drive growth by developing and executing a powerful category management strategy with marketing across key product categories.
- Optimize distribution by conducting listing and distribution analysis and providing actionable insights to the Sales team.
- Design the best portfolio fitting with consumers and shoppers needs and building the pricing & promotional strategy, maximizing profitability with a sharp focus on return on investment of promotional spend, optimal product mix and pricing power.
- Boost visibility by creating and managing a national promotional calendar that aligns with marketing plans and drives sell-out performance.
- Enhance digital presence by developing compelling eCommerce content—from enriched product pages to eye-catching banners—that converts browsers into buyers.
- Elevate in-store experience by designing and executing retail visibility strategies, including branded displays, demo units, and point-of-sale materials.
- Strengthen partnerships by collaborating with retailers in category meetings and supporting product launches with persuasive selling stories and demos.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing within leading FMCG multinational companies or the electronics retail sector
- Proven ability to drive business growth across diverse trade channels
- Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven background on go-to-market activities
- Fluent in local language, with upper-intermediate proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a hands-on approach
