Job Title:  CRM lifecycle specialist

About the role:

 

As a CRM lifecycle specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the structure of all CRM lifecycle communications; planning and leading the implementation of all behavioral based trigger emails and push notifications. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders to create the most impactful CRM journeys, shape the content and message that our consumers value. You’ll be focusing on launching and optimizing these journeys, monitor the performance and bring innovative ideas to the table to maximize our opportunities in CRM.

Strategy & Technology 

  • Create a performance driven strategy and calendar for lifecycle programs across all CRM channels maximizing the opportunities of the Versuni database. Ensure lifecycle marketing efforts align with key business objectives, support core product categories and contribute to long-term customer value.

  • Apply tactics and best practices to turn leads into customers and create lifetime value through the lifecycle programs. Build lasting relationship with customers, while driving increased purchase value, frequency and lifetime value across all channels.
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to align customer journeys with broader marketing goals and CRM objectives.
  • Partner with customer care to optimize lifecycle communication, retention and loyalty.
  • Builds global consumer journeys and defines automation standards, through scalable initiatives.
  • Optimize the currently set up customer lifecycle touchpoints, ensure it is set up for scale and personalization.
  • Together with PO and technical teams propose and execute technical implementation for email content excellence such as automation, personalization etc.

 

Customer Journey Execution on Email and push notifications 

  • In collaboration with the global CRM agency, independently manage email and push notification lifecycle journeys from planning til launch, ensuring flawless deployment.
  • Own the planning and execution of customer journeys across lifecycle stages, including but not limited to welcome, post-purchase, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Ensure a synchronized digital experience through touchpoints via the lifecycle emails and the triggered app push notifications.
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide data-backed recommendations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Execute all activations in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and agencies from briefing the creative concept, through approval processes and deployment.
  • Utilize CRM platforms and internal dashboards to track, analyze, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor global CRM KPIs, provide reporting on lifecycle journey performance KPIs, ensuring actionable insights. 

  • Initiate and manage technical development when/if needed to innovate the content of CRM communications.

 

Time Management & Ownership 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with all stakeholders involved.
  • Proactively identify and act on opportunities of optimization, integration on test outcome etc.
  • Initiate new ideas and approach to actualize CRM KPI targets.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Work closely with the global CRM agency on the day-to-day basis to ensure best results

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in lifecycle CRM
  • Experience in development of CRM programs to drive engagement
  • Self-starter with outstanding communication skills, able to communicate with both creative and technical teams
  • Strong analytical skill – translate data into insights and actions
  • Experience with SAP Emarsys is a plus
  • Minimum Bachelors (or local equivalent) in Marketing or relevant
  • English proficiency
