Job Title:  Assistant Sales Operation Manager

The impact you’ll make:

•    Lead and manage multiple retail stores to achieve sales targets and profitability goals 

•    Following with the company's standards, supervise all store promotors to maintain high-quality services and customer-oriented
•    Provide leadership to the store team including recruitment, coaching, training and performance management
•    Ensure store merchandising standards are adhered to including retail display merchandising expectations
•    Lead and manage multiple retail stores to achieve sales targets and profitability goals 
•    Building strong relationship with relevant stakeholders, including internal marketing team and sales team 
•    Lead different meetings to deepen team's understanding of their work and improve performance, as well as be an active part in cross-functional meetings to get understanding and support

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•    5+ years in retail operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
•    Excellent time management; decisive, organized, and strong at setting priorities.
•    A self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative environments.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proactive sales driver who creates traffic, conversion, and upsell opportunities.
•    Commercially creative with strong knowledge of gifting categories and assortments.
•    Able to deliver candid, constructive feedback with professionalism and empathy.
•    Strong conflict-resolution skills; turns challenges into solutions.
•    Willing and able to work shifts (including weekends and holidays as needed).
