About the role:
You will have the opportunity to develop the product roadmap, manage the portfolio and drive the definition, development and introduction of products that bring ever-more rewarding and enjoyable experiences to consumers by meeting their needs.
The impact you’ll make:
• Develop a deep understanding of local consumer & shopper insights, market trends and the competitive landscape. Translate these insights into winning local propositions.
• Feed the global and local innovation pipeline with local consumer insights, tailor global innovations with local propositions and messaging, explore new value spaces and help shape up the future portfolio.
• Define the product roadmap: Identify opportunities for the business, translate the needs of the business to product cadence. Use data analysis to construct the business case to support decision making.
• Develop connected propositions that are relevant for consumers in China.
• Manage the market introduction process for new launches.
• Monitor and discuss product business performance on a regular basis
• Collect consumer feedback e.g. via online reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain extensive relationships with key stakeholders
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of consumer marketing or product management
- Experience with product development and product launches.
- An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication, has ability to collaborate effectively with and manage stakeholders.
- An organizer with excellent planning & organizational skills, being able to prioritize and manage both short term and long term tasks/priorities and stress resistant.
- Excellent fluency in written/spoken Chinese and English.
