Job Title:  Assistant Legal Counsel

In this role, you will provide end-to-end legal support across the META region (Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa), working closely with diverse stakeholders on matters ranging from contracts and regulatory compliance to day-to-day legal operations.

The position offers a dynamic environment with regional exposure, strong ownership, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business decisions across multiple markets.

The impact you’ll make:

• Provide general legal counsel activities, including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory matters, litigation support, employment-related issues, and other in-house legal activities
• Deliver day-to-day in-house legal support to multiple business units across the META region
• Monitor, analyse, and track new regulations and amendments to ensure ongoing compliance
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and legal agreements

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• 1–3 years of professional experience as an in-house attorney within a company environment
• Understanding of KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law) and contract management processes is considered an asset.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a high level of attention to detail and consistent follow-up
