About the role:

As our Assistant Finance Business Partner within China Finance team, we offer you a great opportunity to be at the core of driving the markets performance management via the execution and standardization of commercial performance management processes

You will be responsible for the daily control processes for your market and support and partner with the business partners in Finance and other functions like Marketing, Sales and logistics, with meaningful analytics and active participation in projects.

The impact you’ll make:

Support operational decisions by means of sound business analysis and an “outside in” focus.
Support execution of organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan.
Monitor the financial position of the Market, Business and Function.
Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement).
Coordinate and assist in preparing the Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and Budget reviews, reports and analysis.
Prepares and advises on investment business case reviews (e.g. marketing programs).
Manage relationships with other finance pillars, gathering inputs and jointly ensuring financial controls.
Receive predetermined work assignments that are subject to a high level of control and review
Use established guidelines, procedures and policies.
As a highly skilled specialist, contribute to the development of concepts and techniques.
Complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
Consistently work on assignments requiring independent action and initiative to resolve issues.
Make recommendations for new procedures.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

University degree in business related disciplines e.g. Finance, Accounting or Economics
At least 3 years solid experience with emphasis on FP&A or management accounting
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with good commercial sense, detailed-oriented and highly advanced abilities with data analysis using Excel
Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills, adaptable to change
Team player, able to work with all levels of people, work independently, self-motivated, responsible, ability to multitask and prioritize
