About the role:
The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for our online retail platforms.
The impact you’ll make:
Official Website Operations Planning & Execution
- Manage day-to-day website operations, including product listing/delisting, payment/shipping settings, and promotional page creation.
- Plan monthly promotions and seasonal campaigns, coordinating internal/external resources to achieve sales targets.
- Execute and optimize SEO projects to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute co-marketing partnerships, expanding brand exposure and traffic.
- Oversee order management, inventory integration, and backend system workflows.
Member Engagement & Marketing Automation
- Develop and implement tiered membership programs and automated marketing workflows (e.g., EDM, LINE notifications, retargeting).
- Design customer journeys and leverage data analytics to enhance member engagement and repeat purchase rates.
Digital Advertising & Performance Analysis
- Manage and track performance of digital ads (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads), providing optimization recommendations and creative planning.
- Monitor advertising budgets and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce website operations, with proficiency in various marketing tools and platform backend management.
- Solid understanding of member engagement strategies, data analysis, campaign planning, and project execution.
- Practical experience in managing Facebook/Google Ads, LINE Official Account, and marketing automation tools.
- SEO implementation and optimization skills are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive website optimization and performance improvement.
