Job Title: Amazon US E-commerce Manager

About the role:
Responsible for driving profitable growth across assigned online and click-and-mortar retailers, with primary ownership of the Amazon US business.
This role owns the end-to-end relationship including promotional planning and execution, assortment strategy, inventory forecasting, and retailer marketing activation.
Act as the primary point of contact for account negotiations, performance reviews, platform maintenance, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment to meet Amazon’s commercial, operational, and compliance standards.
The Amazon US E-commerce Manager will be part of the North American Commercial Business Unit, reporting to the eCommerce Sales Leader of North America.
Location: We are currently looking to hire a candidate to be based in the Burlington, MA area.
The impact you’ll make:
- Leads day to day operations of eCommerce retailer relationships driving outcomes of multiyear joint business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key account stakeholders to influence business decisions and create long-term account growth opportunities.
- Own Amazon US business strategy and execution, including Vendor/Seller Central management, catalog optimization (SEO, A+ Content, PDP excellence), retail media (Amazon Ads), inventory health, compliance, and alignment with Amazon’s operational and commercial KPIs.
- Negotiates win/win contracts in order to implement pricing, promo & trade terms strategies that maximize growth.
- Strives for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and onshelf availability.
- Implements Growth Flywheel program across eCommerce retailers ensuring alignment with North America strategies & market execution.
- Leads cross-functional teams (incl. sales, marketing, RGM, finance) to deliver commercial excellence initiatives aligned to organizational ambition and broader business objectives.
- Leverage AI/automation, planning, and analytics tools (both internal and external) to drive data-led decision making, improve forecasting accuracy, optimize promotions, and enhance day-to-day business management practices.
- Analyze business performance and translate data into actionable insights to optimize assortment, pricing architecture, and promotional effectiveness.
- Identify and implement innovative growth initiatives, including new platform programs, enhanced content strategies, and digital marketing activations to strengthen competitive advantage.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Minimum 6 years in sales or key account management.
- Proven experience managing eCommerce retailers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience driving decisions with performance data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skilss.
- Growth hacking mindset, exhibiting agile thinking and a data-centric mindset.
- Problem-solving and positive attitude with strong rigor and ability to multitask.
- Strong eye for detail while also being able to keep a comprehensive view.
