Job Title:  Amazon E-commerce Key Account Manager - Poland *(F/M/NB)

About the role:

The Amazon Ecommerce Manager ( Poland focused ) is responsible for accelerating the business on Amazon Retail through strategic leadership of the Amazon account, execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and operational excellence across content, availability, logistics, media, and profitability.
This role owns the end-to-end Amazon Retail relationship, drives commercial growth, ensures compliance with Amazon operational requirements and activates all Amazon retail and media levers to maximize revenue, market share, and contribution margin.

The impact you’ll make:

•    Lead the full Amazon Retail relationship as primary point of contact (Vendor Manager / AVS teams).
•    Build and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) including revenue targets, profitability actions, 3P mitigation, AVS services, and traffic-driving commitments.
•    Monitor Amazon contribution profit (iGM) and implement margin-improving actions (CRaP) resolution, product mix, AVS support.
•    Ensure flawless NIS (New Item Setup) for all launches: secure content readiness, compliance, and supply readiness.
•    Maintain catalog health: net received units, detail page completeness, listing quality score, organic visibility, and contribution to category SERP ranking.
•    Monitor and address CRaP via pricing, logistics, and portfolio management levers.
•    Ensure high-quality localized Amazon content by working closely with the Content Team to maintain and optimize Product Detail Pages, A+ pages, Brand Stores, Brand Registry assets, and SEO fundamentals
•    Drive Amazon media effectiveness by closely collaborating with the Media Team and external Agency to align activation plans, coordinate Sponsored Ads/DSP/video campaigns, translate global frameworks into Amazon-specific actions
•    Own weekly and monthly business performance across traffic, conversion, availability, and media-driven sales.
•    Track leading KPIs: Glance Views, Sessions, Buy Box %, ASP evolution, PDP conversion rate, organic rank, new-to-brand share.
•    Align closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, RGM, and Category teams to ensure Amazon actions are fully synchronized.
•    Ensure commercial alignment with local commercial organizations on both promotions and advertising
•    Support global-to-local alignment on assortment, pricing, promotional calendar, and content governance.
•    T-shaped European category ownership to ensure successful NIS and optimize European portfolio 
•    Interface with global Amazon teams (Ads, Retail, D2C) to embed best practices and maintain consistent brand experience. 

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•    Proven experience in managing Amazon as a 1P Vendor (Vendor Central, AVS, JBP ownership) is must
•    Strong understanding of Amazon operational levers: OTIF, NIS, chargebacks, CRaP, availability drivers, content compliance.
•    Knowledge in Amazon Ads (DSP + Sponsored Ads), retail media optimization, and data-driven campaign steering.
•    Analytical strength with mastery of Amazon KPIs, profitability mechanics, AMC/Attribution understanding, and marketplace dynamics.
•    5+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, online sales, or marketplaces within international, complex organizational environments.
•    Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
•    Polish proficiency is required and Fluency in English
•    Based in Warsaw area, happy to commute 2-3 days per day to the office
