Job Title:  Accounting Specialist for Gaggia

About the role:

For our iconic brand Gaggia, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to support our financial operations. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

The impact you’ll make:

• Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards 
• Assist in audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Support the implementation of accounting systems or process improvements

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
